Foremost, we consider the safety of the end user - for instance, our concern for the environment and more importantely the end user, is echoed in the omission from our Brochure, items such as drain unblocker (96% sulphuric acid or 36% caustic), Bleach, Channel Blocks (chlorine) and chlorinated solvents Whilst these products may be popular, we feel that there are better alternatives, albeit sometimes more expensive, but this is not always the case. It is often very difficult to balance the Environment, Health and safety, Price, and Stability - often a compromise has to be reached. It is our belief that this compromise must be regularly challenged to ensure new and better products are developed

Through many years involved in direct sales to you - the end user, Phoenix Industries have accumulated an extensive knowledge of Industrial Working Practices in Engineering, Construction, General Manufacturing, Cleaning and Degreasing, and Maintenance Requirements. Therefore we understand and are able to discuss your problems and exact requirements.

We have qualified chemists and biologists, who can answer any technical queries regarding products and their effects on third party materials.

Also we can provide an on-site survey – free of charge – to help both customers and potential customers, combat problem areas or to match any products currently in use - as part of a cost cutting exercise.

We provide FREE staff training to ensure that the products are used to their optimum effect and to ensure that all Operatives are aware of any potential hazards from mixing chemicals, etc.

We carry Health and Safety Data on all products controlled by COSHH, and these are available by fax, post or e-mail.

We are also able to offer practical advice on safe working practises and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. This being of particular benefit to small to medium sized companies who do not employ Health and Safety officers
